The Creator
€3,50
This model was taken from a sculpture called "The Creator" which represents a bearded adult with fangs kneeling on his left leg. The representation has two penises and has therefore been linked to fertility and the divine origin of the Xochicalco dynasties. A series of cocoa leaves surround the figure and go up behind his arms, running down his back and knotting at his chest. The original comes from Xochicalco and belongs to the Epiclassic Period (650 to 900 AD). The work was photogrammetrized by Artmonite during a visit to Mexico in 2024.
