Virgin of El Soterraño

This model has been based on the Virgin of El Soterraño. The original is a carved wooden image, Romanesque in style, seated, dating from the 13th century. This image was carved during the Middle Ages to serve as the image on the small altar of the underground crypt of the Romanesque church in the castle of Castle of Zorita de los Canes. This model has been adapted by Artmonite from a model provided by a private person.
